Community Standards

• — Share only your own first-person experience from a relationship of at least 3 months (safety concerns excepted).
• — Describe observable behavior, not character. No diagnoses or labels such as “narcissist” or “abuser”.
• — No insults, threats, addresses, phone numbers or unnecessary identifying details.
• — No allegations about third parties you did not personally witness.
• — Every submission is reviewed before it can contribute to a Pattern Report.

Privacy Policy

• — Your identity is never shown to other members.
• — Supporting evidence is stored privately and is only visible to you and moderators.
• — Person records are only accessible to signed-in members and are not indexed by search engines.
• — There is no open directory of people; a person can only be found with a specific search.

Terms of Use

• — EX-POSED presents reported experiences; it does not determine whether any claim is true.
• — You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.
• — Misuse — harassment, retaliation, or false reports — leads to account removal.
• — Anyone may open a dispute about information concerning them.
